“I live in Milwaukee, WI, and my company manages a commercial property leased to a national retailer in a small town outside Oklahoma City, OK — about 1,000 miles away.
On July 17, 2026, a drunk driver crashed through the front of the building and demolished the metal and glass storefront. The only good news that day was that no one was killed or injured — and that I found Smith Construction Services.
After a quick conversation, Smith dropped everything, visited the site, and coordinated emergency board-up repairs, and within ten days they and their subcontractor fabricated and installed an entirely new hollow metal and glass storefront.
Smith handled everything “from soup to nuts” with poise, professionalism, and speed. They anticipated problems, kept me fully informed, and delivered a first-class product in record time.
If I could give Smith a 10-star rating, I would. THEY WERE SUPERB. I recommend Smith without reservation for large and small jobs. In fact, I’m about to ask them to bid on a building remodel project in another Oklahoma town.
